At Ellaearrings, we aim for your complete satisfaction. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also offer a 30-day refund policy for items meeting specific conditions, as detailed below.

Conditions for Return & Refund

Your item may be eligible for a return or refund if it meets one of the following conditions within 30 days of delivery:

Damaged upon arrival, not the packaging: Please provide proof (e.g., photos or video). Non-human damage within 30 days. Product significantly differs from description or images. Or other necessary approved return/refund reasons.

Return Shipping Costs

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item, or the product was damaged upon arrival as per condition 2 above). For all other approved returns (e.g., new, unopened items returned for personal reasons), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or request a refund, simply login to your account . View the relevant order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and then click the "Return Item(s)" button. Please include sufficient proof (such as photos or video) where applicable for damaged or misrepresented items. Without clear evidence of non-human damage or product misrepresentation, returns or refunds cannot be granted for those specific conditions.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If delivery is delayed due to customs, weather, and other force majeure factors, no refunds will be accepted.

Tip: We highly recommend recording a video when unboxing your delivery. This can provide crucial evidence if needed for returns or refunds related to damage or discrepancies upon arrival.

Refunds Processing

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via e-mail whether your return and refund were approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You should expect to receive your refund within **four weeks** of giving your package to the return shipper.
